My kids and myself have been here many times over the past 10 years. Dr Kuo is amazing and so are her assistants. They are extremely pleasant, professional and do an amazing job.
If I could rate with 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst office I have ever been to for any kind of service, not just optometry. I have double eye insurance, so ideally, my contacts and glasses should both be covered by insurance with minimum copay. In February, I scheduled my first appointment and went in for my exam. I was fitted with some contact lenses but the lenses didn't work well for my eyes.
