I think Dr. Schultz is fine as a doctor (4 stars for her), but her staff is beyond terrible. I'm likely going to switch endocrinologists just to avoid dealing with her staff.
Can't get an appt for 4 months. This being an endocrinologist office, that's a bit scary. Went on the portal to see what dates appts were available for, I clearly see one in 3 weeks. I book it, the receptionist calls me back and tells me that is a new patient appt, and not for existing patients. So new patients get the sooner appointments and existing patients have to wait 4 months for an appt? How does that make sense? Going to see another doctor because of this.
