Just brought my truck in for an oil change 5/13/21. I noticed some missing screws on the air filter housing and 1 of the 2 remaining is stripped so I asked if they could replace the screws. I get a call back stating that the whole box assembly needs to be replaced for $345.60. Nothing wrong with the housing at all just wanted 4 screws replaced. Went there to browse for a car, as mine was unsafe to drive, I made the mistake of telling DARRYL, that I was in need of a new car. After honey potting me about needing paver work done, he assured me that making $15 an hour was enough to finance my vehicle for $455 a month, never mind the cost of insurance on top of the interest and GAP insurance; even went as far to say "the money for the paver job will help". My car that I purchased was in great condition when I bought it. But, one of the sales managers, Tarik S***** was very disrespectful to me. I had called him before I drove 2.5 hours one way to bring home my vehicle that I was purchasing and asked him if I needed anything important before I left. Had a good experience with Kyle 3 years ago when I first leased with Atamian Honda. I was called 3-4 months before my lease was up and was told that I could bring my car in and get a brand new car and pay around the same amount I was paying for my current lease or less.
