The members of our HOA have been treated with a total lack of transparency and disrespect. And Atalaya seems to be proud of that.
I have to say this is the first time I have owned a condo in SC. This company is the absolute worst ever. IF I ever purchase a condo again in SC I will make sure to ask who the management company is first!!! From the very first phone call, I knew they were terrible. It took them over 2 months to get me the information I needed to pay my first payment. Beware. The worst of them all. Dishonest and a mess.
The absolute worst property management company's i have ever seen!! The employees are by far the most rude, and unprofessional people i have ever encountered. They refuse to help and act like it is a privilege that you have to obtain before getting what you need.
This business is a disgrace. Absolutely terrible customer service, run like a bunch of nazis, sending fines to everyone because they have absolutely no management skills. Todd especially is an incompetent tool.
