ATA Title is a horrible embarrassment to the industry. The group closed a transaction without me ever having signed a deed which subsequently held up my funding for over two months. No apology or regrets of any type. Pathetic service paired with incompetence at every level.
Got morgage signed, fast. Within an hour.
Closing agent John Darren Hainley was extremely unprofessional. I arrived before the buyers and realtors and John began reading facts to me from the buyer's documentation in an insulting manner. This is very illegal and I was taken aback. Then during the closing process he implied that the buyers smoked crack. His exact words to them were that the house had "plenty of room to smoke crack."
