We’ve really enjoyed the parent night outs and now started classes. The staff have always been friendly and supportive. Looking forward to more sessions and leveling up.

Impossible to reach by phone — they never pick up. I wanted to reschedule a class but couldn't get through. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, they never called back. When I came by in person, they said it was too late to reschedule because we'd missed the window. Very unprofessional. Most of the coaches and reception staff are inexperienced high schoolers.
