Very unpleasant experience with the dentist is the reason for the 1 star cause I couldn’t find 0 star for rating. Otherwise, 5 stars goes to the office manager who was able to someway resolve my issue with the appointment. About a little over a month ago, chipped a crown that I had done “same day service” at this location 5 years ago more or less. Always a very friendly staff.
My experience was very professional. There wasn't a long wait time, my needs were addressed in a manner that were explained to me what my problem was and how the situation was going to be corrected. I left there feeling confident that my problem was going to be corrected.
Love ATA dental! I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist but beginning from Iriz who is a ray of sunshine and my amazing hygienist, Paula, they make me feel at ease and have slowly helped me overcome my fears.
