I can’t recall ever leaving a Google review before, which should give some indication of how frustrating this experience has been. I requested a copy of my lease from the General Manager, Dustin, and received no response for over four weeks. I was planning to terminate my lease early and needed the agreement to coordinate the timing of my move. This is one of the best apartments to stay at in Cincinnati, hands down. Beautiful layouts, great building and even better management. Chris and Jeanne Marie are always helpful, genuinely caring and extremely efficient at managing this property very well. I am spoilt having lived here for over two years.
