I thought a moving experience could not get any worse than my last moving experience. I was so wrong! I was expecting a positive experience with all of the great reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. So much so, that those reviews are probably fabricated. Don’t use!! Hour and a half late. Worked like snails to milk me for more money. When I complained the woman was belligerent. They didn’t blanket my furniture. AWFUL!!!!!!!
RecommendedThe three men who helped us pack our truck from the third floor on a hot summer day were great! They worked quickly and efficiently, and were also very personable, polite, and funny! They took extra care to wrap our tables and TVs. I definitely would recommend them!
RecommendedEverything was fine until I realized that I was missing a chair. I called the office, would cost $81.00 to pick up and deliver the.chair.Two daughters drove over from Orlando, put the chair in an SUV, delivered it to my new residence which is about half a mile from the former. I did not mention to the office the broken rung on an old wooden chair and, come to think, the move could have been made in a less time. My family had already moved most boxes, small furniture, plus a queen bed. The two gentlemen movers were very nice.
