Joel Perry was very quick and informative! He did not try to up sell me or pressure me into buying things I did not need. When it is time to replace my HVAC system I will be giving these guys a call.
I purchased a new system 2 days agao and ir stoped working . I called what was the 24 hour service they offered what a joke. It is not 24 hour service nothing explained to me me and the technician didn't even know how to program the thermostat.
Pretty frustrated with my service. They misdiagnosed my problem, and then charged me 750$ to clean it (already absurd) which was supposed to fix the problem. It didn't. So now I am out 750 bucks and my furnace is still out of commission. I would stay away.
Great service Steven crain is very helpful and explains everything highly recommend there company for all your service
James is always professional and courteous. Is always very thorough with my system maintenance.
