I was getting married and the venue claimed the HVAC broke and they couldn't get the parts in time for my wedding. (THEY LIED). I called Neil and he arrived within an hour. He was thorough and detailed in his assessment and diagnosed and fixed the issue within 1.5 hours, despite the venue making it hard for him. He did not give up on getting the problem fixed. I texted him the next day for another issue and he responded almost immediately. He is nice and respectful as well. Highly recommend.
I hired these guys to service my in-ceiling AC unit. They damaged my tub and my sink. The unit would not run after they serviced it. They kept promising to come back and repair it but would not show up. I finally had to pay a different company to come and fix the problems they had created. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
