I had a scheduled appointment from 8-12 today. No one came. No one called. This was my second appointment and the technician was late on the first appointment. I will be canceling this service!!
On July 29th, an At Your Service tech assessed the HVAC system at my property. He said the refrigerant was low, which suggested a leak somewhere in the system. He offered several options for service, and I chose the one that included 1) adding refrigerant to the system and 2) adding a sealant designed to seal any small leaks in the system. Only after I made this choice was I informed the tech did not actually have any sealant on his truck, and that he would need to return another day to perform that part of the service. Josh came same day and was able to replace the outside HVAC unit motor next morning. He was professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated on his work throughout. Very impressed and will keep using his services in the future
