I connected with the company using Angie's List. I had a text reply from the company within 30 minutes of my request. The outdoor unit for my central a/c had stopped working and it was a Saturday. I didn't have much hope, but the technician said that he could probably fit me into his schedule. This was around 3:30 pm. Josh, the technician, arrived around 4:30 pm. I first used At Your Service in Fall of 2024 to replace my heater. At the time, they were very responsive, scheduling an appointment quickly. I thought they seemed expensive, but the technicians seemed genuine and trustworthy. In Spring of 2025, I had them replace my AC. They also convinced me to switch over to their thermostat. The At Your Service Team and I have been seeing a lot of each other this year and it's doing wonders for our relationship :P Last year I noticed my AC was struggling, I was able to book an appt quickly and Jason and the team did a lot of troubleshooting trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Technician cleaned the drain line, pump and evaporator coil. The cost was $700 which was not great value, especially as the underlying problem was not diagnosed. Tech came out a second time when air was not working and again did not diagnose the problem. We had another company inspect the system and they immediately advised that the capacitor needed to be replaced. I was scared to have At Your Service do this work as I figured that they would be expensive, based on prior experience.
