This UPS kept delivering my packages to the wrong street and house 3 times & refused to correct their mistake, offer an apology, or look into it. I was very unhappy and so was the person that spent so much money and time to send me gifts that I never received. I would never recommend UPS here or use it again unless absolutely necessary.
