Horrible experience with this company. They made a disaster out of our dinner reception of 180 people. We paid for servers and kitchen staff that were not there. Our rental company is still missing 80+ plates and told us that they’ve never worked with such an incompetent event planner. We are embarrassed by the service our guests received and have many regrets hiring them. At Your Service did an amazing job! I am a wedding planner and my clients hired them for additional services such as: set up, breakdown, food related services, and bartending. They were efficient, helpful & proactive! I highly recommend their services to any couples getting married.
We were so excited to work with AYS for the bartending for our wedding reception, as they seemed so competent, reasonably priced, friendly and experienced. However, we were told over and over for months they would turn in the alcohol vendor application but did not do so. Eventually, they said there was an issue with their application but after checking with our vendor, it sounded like they never heard from them at all.
