You were recommended by another company and I had hoped you would have helped with repairing my snow blower. You charged me $65 for coming to my place but you never told me you charged a fee for only viewing. I don’t assume and people shouldn't assume. I called Brad At your home sm Eng Repair and I was really impressed. He got back to me right away and we booked an appointment. He showed up and had everything he needed in his truck He fixed my snowblower really fast and gave me a lot of good tips. Very reasonable price. If you are looking for small engine repair you need not look any further than Brad.
During the last heavy snowfall last week, I was using my dual stage Craftsman 27" inch 7yr old "baby" and suddenly it would not operate in the forward gears. I would give this Gentleman a 10 if I could. I left a message on his phone explaining the issue and as per the message he called me in the evening to discuss. After getting the details he told me to try a few tricks and sure enough the machine roared to a start. Unbelievable customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with this fellow. Thank you
