I had such a great experience here and felt compelled to share. We did have a small hiccup at the start—our original nail tech was late to the appointment—but the way it was handled completely turned things around. The owner personally called, sincerely apologized, and even offered to do our nails for free to make it right. From that point on, everything was seamless.
