I found At Your Door Mobile Hitches using a Google search. I called the number listed and spoke with Shawn, the owner. My hitch install was scheduled for today, which was about 1 weeks out, and was the earliest appointment Shawn had available. Shawn just installed a 2" receiver and hitch on my brand new Corolla Cross. Shawn arrived at my house a few minutes early.
