Esta compañía da un mal servicio y mal trato a los clientes yo no lo recomiendo acabo de tener una muy mala experiencia con está gente tan mal educada y tan mugrosa para trabajar me dejaron mi camion todo embargado de grasa y aceite por todos lados y adentro toda mi alfombra parece que el trabajo de una transmisión lo arreglan por la parte de adentro en pocas palabras están del asco.
Ran over a truck tread and busted an air line fitting, was stuck on the I35 bridge. Called several wreckers that said it would be 4 hours and one that wanted me to fill out a PDF with my CC number and a copy of my driver's license. The Massey's driver came, saw, and conquered!!
Had a wreck in my big truck. Called around some people wanted $850.00 to tow it. I was referred to Massey truck & trailer. Massey charged me like $350 to tow truck and trailer. Which they stored my trailer and truck. The fixed my radiator, a/c painted my hood and bumper. They did a wonderful job. They wonderful paint job! They hook me with no $1000.00 deductible. I was so happy. I got my truck back today.
