This was my first time seeing a therapist and Ms Jessica Harris really made it worthwhile for me. I have always dreaded seeing a therapist but because of her kindness and empathy, it was easy for me to pour out my darkest thoughts. She listens to you with compassion. She is very professional and very kind. If you’re looking for a therapist look no further because Ms Jessica is great at it.
I was struggling with heavy post partum depression, and gained some helpful coping strategies, including a post partum wellness deck that contains therapy exercises I can do outside of sessions.
Dr. Harris is absolutely amazing!
I had a session with Jessica to get over some anxiety that I was experiencing. She was very professional during our session. She gave me useful tools that I use even now.
