I had a mixed experience working with Kathleen. At times the sessions felt supportive, but the overall approach was inconsistent. The tone could shift from warm to judgmental without much explanation, which made it difficult to feel emotionally safe or understood. I also found communication to be uneven. Worst therapist ever. Not objective, only listened to one side of the story and make suggestions based on that. Only cared about next pay and tell her patient things they want to hear. Suggest gym membership as a treatment to someone who has substance abuse and severe mental health problems.
