This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Maria is clearly really knowledgeable about anatomy and had a great balance between relaxing and helping with muscle tension. Took me 38 years to treat myself to a professional massage. I regret waiting so long. Calming atmosphere and essential oils were an added bonus. Making it easy to relax any nerves. The massage therapist was curious about problem areas and knew my body better than I did within minutes. I felt like I could reach the pinnacle after my first session was complete.

Maria is super knowledgeable about various body problems and what techniques to use for various challenges. I've been having problems with my thigh muscles for months and she worked through them in two appointments. She also helped me with arm & hand numbness in short order. I highly recommend her for massage or yoga!!
I have received a handful of massages from Maria. I can truly only define them as life changing. I’ve seen many massage therapist in the past but none have had the ability to provide true healing through massage as maria has. I am grateful to have found a massage therapist who listens to what my body needs, and is able to provide magical results. I highly recommend her to everyone I know.
