In the wash bay now. $16 service. No receipt. Dispensed very little soap on left side and none on the right. Brushes didn't touch the side of the truck on the first pass. This used to be the best place in town but it's going downhill fast. This isn't the first time I've had issues. I understand that soap containers get emtpied and spray nozzles clog. Beyond pissed!! Took my BRAND NEW car in for it's first wash since I bought it. I paid for the top service that was $18. It didn't clean it very well but that wasn't the total problem.....it SCRATCHED UP the right side of my car!!!
It's a shame I faithfully buy a ultimate subscription every month and it seems like it's just getting worse I wash my car almost everyday
Pulled as instructed and it only up soap on vehicle and nothing else come no raise at all ,waited my 18.00 and my vehicle is still dirty
