This property management company is terrible. Every maintenance request has been replied to within a good amount of time.... but no one comes to fix your issue. They are unreliable and so terribly ran. Not recommended at all and will be out as soon as our lease is up.
Lived in one of their units in Arvada on Dover Street years ago listed as a garden level apartment. Well it flooded every time it rained plus they never took care of the ice and snow on the walk ways in the winter time and the place was literally overrun with spiders and other insects they never took care of either. So if you see a AT Smith and Company rental property just don't rent from them at all.
Just another bad rental company in Denver. Don't trust reviews they tell their tenants to write them after giving them gift cards at move in.
Stay far away, all the positive reviews this place is getting are bogus Check out how all of the reviewers have reviewed the same places and rate everything at 5 stars. Ruby was our manager and she never returns calls as she manages way too many properties for one person, repairs would take over 2 weeks to get someone out and they only repaired the issue about half of the time. We rented a town house in Golden from this management company. Connie was our property manager. At move in, we did our check list of issues and things that needed to be fixed. Smoke detectors didnt work, fans in ceiling wouldnt work, one of the closet doors didnt work, the shower wasnt draining properly, and the back door would not lock etc. All were things that should have been done before move in!
