If I could rate it higher I would. Mark was ever so friendly and courteous. He called when he was on his way and was very polite. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed my washer. I loved his enthusiasm so much that I had him look at my dishwasher as well. Kudos to him for suggesting a cleaner vs repair/replacement. Mark at At Once Appliance is now stored in my contacts for future use and referrals. The only appliance repair shop that I will ever use again!
I needed a pump for my washer and had it was delivered in 3 days to me from At Once Appliance Repairs in St. Amant, LA 70774. I had trouble understanding how to install the pump, and a lady technician that works there explained in detail how to install it. I couldn't believe it a woman technician, and you could tell that she was experienced because she had me have it installed within 15 minutes after her instructions.
