A number of issues missed during the inspection last year have resulted in costly repairs. Primarily, wood rot, cracking, and damaged panels on the roof were missed because the "inspector" (not Anthony) didn't even attempt to traverse any part of the roof. Only one section is too steep to walk and requires a ladder to access. The main water shutoff (obvious location inside) was not found, a generator connection & transfer switch was missed, the guy could not figure out one of the faucets, and the list goes on.
