My parents had a great experience with At-Less today! They waited days for another plumber to come out to snake my drain and when he finally arrived, he was unable to do the job. My mom called At-Less and not only did a human pick up the phone, they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. It seemed like no sooner than my mom hung up, they were pulling into her driveway. This company is completely unreliable. They scheduled me for a Monday appointment, and I waited around for hours — but no one ever showed up. I tried calling at least 10 times with no answer. Terrible service and zero professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service, never showed up for my appointment. Didn’t even receive a phone call to tell me they were not coming. I would not recommend. Had to call another plumber for emergency services since I was left in the lurch. I’m very angry and wish I could give negative stars.

Thank you At-Less for your timely service. This is the third time I've used them for one service or another, this time for a clogged bathroom drain. The two young men, Vinnie and Kyle, were pleasant,honest, professional and knowledgeable. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend, they are our go to for plumbing issues!

This is the first review I have ever made in my life, but I feel the need to share my dissatisfaction and warn others. I usually do my own plumbing, but decided to outsource my recent job. These guys are hacks and should not be trusted with your home.
