Terrible customer service, never showed up for my appointment. Didn’t even receive a phone call to tell me they were not coming. I would not recommend. Had to call another plumber for emergency services since I was left in the lurch. I’m very angry and wish I could give negative stars.
Thank you At-Less for your timely service. This is the third time I've used them for one service or another, this time for a clogged bathroom drain. The two young men, Vinnie and Kyle, were pleasant,honest, professional and knowledgeable. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend, they are our go to for plumbing issues!
This is the first review I have ever made in my life, but I feel the need to share my dissatisfaction and warn others. I usually do my own plumbing, but decided to outsource my recent job. These guys are hacks and should not be trusted with your home.
Used them twice and had great results that, it actually costed a lot less then I expected. When they needed parts for my old system they went to the local hardware store who stocks what they needed, Home Depot wouldn’t have, and returned in minutes. Clean and fast service,.
