Service was booked for 1/15 4:30-5pm. When someone finally returned my call around 6pm, they told me the crew was running behind. Okay, no problem. I called several times between 6:30-8:30, no response. The service crew showed up at 9pm without a single call or update. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. We will be using your competitor Complete Plumbing Repair. I’m sure At Less has an excuse so I am looking forward to a response to my review to explain the lack of professionalism!

They came for a sewage back up and communicated well on what I could expect from their team. The gentleman who worked on my home were kind and professional, Cindy was a great support along the way and answered all my questions quickly and personally. They even tackled a few of my to-do list items such as replacing my toilet and leaking shower head. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs! Thank you Cindy and team!

My parents had a great experience with At-Less today! They waited days for another plumber to come out to snake my drain and when he finally arrived, he was unable to do the job. My mom called At-Less and not only did a human pick up the phone, they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. It seemed like no sooner than my mom hung up, they were pulling into her driveway. This company is completely unreliable. They scheduled me for a Monday appointment, and I waited around for hours — but no one ever showed up. I tried calling at least 10 times with no answer. Terrible service and zero professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service, never showed up for my appointment. Didn’t even receive a phone call to tell me they were not coming. I would not recommend. Had to call another plumber for emergency services since I was left in the lurch. I’m very angry and wish I could give negative stars.
