Jeff and Dan snaked out the main drain line today. Called me on Sunday to set an appointment for Monday came out as scheduled and did a very good job. Put plastic over carpet and snaked the drain leaving no mess when leaving. Cleaned tree roots from sewer line. I would recommend them for future jobs. Scheduled through Service Line Warranties. I would ask for them if needed in the future.
Service was booked for 1/15 4:30-5pm. When someone finally returned my call around 6pm, they told me the crew was running behind. Okay, no problem. I called several times between 6:30-8:30, no response. The service crew showed up at 9pm without a single call or update. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. We will be using your competitor Complete Plumbing Repair. I’m sure At Less has an excuse so I am looking forward to a response to my review to explain the lack of professionalism!
They came for a sewage back up and communicated well on what I could expect from their team. The gentleman who worked on my home were kind and professional, Cindy was a great support along the way and answered all my questions quickly and personally. They even tackled a few of my to-do list items such as replacing my toilet and leaking shower head. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs! Thank you Cindy and team!
My parents had a great experience with At-Less today! They waited days for another plumber to come out to snake my drain and when he finally arrived, he was unable to do the job. My mom called At-Less and not only did a human pick up the phone, they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. It seemed like no sooner than my mom hung up, they were pulling into her driveway.
