We had a great experience with Bronx Exterminator At Last Pest Control! Eddie was able to schedule us last minute. Since he already had a job scheduled in NJ, he sent Edgar to the property in NY. Edgar was punctual and a pleasure to work with. Edgar treated all 3 apartments as well as the common areas. They were able to exterminate the entire house and gave is a very reasonable price. Excellent service! My tenants contacted me re rodents in the home. I called Bronx Exterminator and they were able to respond. Edgar and Jonathan arrived within an hour. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They serviced the apartment and found where the rodents were coming from. Assessed and inspected the exterior of the house and other vacant parts of the house, and found the rodent nest in the rear of a neighboring building. From the initial phone call, to the execution of the job, Eddie was exceptional. The communication was frequent & clear. He let me was flexible with his schedule and made the visit convenient for me. Once on site, he assessed the home & told me exactly what my home needed. I felt confident in what his services because he relayed the information to me in a way that I can understand and wasn’t intimidated. I’m so happy with the work & would def recommend!

Best service!! I spoke to Jason telling him I had a mouse in the house. I was very frantic in the situation and needed emergency service. Jason was extremely pleasurable and understanding to my concerns.he immediately dispatched Eddie and he came within one hour. He was very friendly,polite and extremely knowlegable.
