I highly recommend Helios and, especially, our care aide Donneka. I had to hire help quickly for my mom after a fall, and Helios truly came through for us. We got very lucky having been assigned Donneka. She is extremely reliable and responsible. She got to know my mom quickly and worked hard to make her feel safe and well-cared for. Helios is lucky to have Donneka as part of their staff.
Helios was always attentive to the needs of patient and family, with clear and prompt response, from care-givers to back office staff. I recommend Helios for families needing home health care for family members on the Treasure Coast. SB
Helios is a wonderful home care company that truly cares about the personal and professional care that they give to their clients. They have great customer service that listens and follow through on your needs or care that is required by the client. ALWAYS listens , excellent communication and follow up with their clients. I won't use any other company to take care of mother - period.
I Susan Passmore is very please with Helios home health because I am able to speak to someone any time I called and I can resolve my issues in my call to them.My husband has an aide from them for the past year who is excellent and very knowledgeable and very caring and well experience intact without her I don’t know how we would of gotten through the past year. Niska was an amazing help and highly recommend her. Sandra is super at keeping the whole experience seemless.
