Today was Dad's first day home after 3 weeks in the hospital and in a wheelchair. Primrose was excellent . Ad I still running around and navigating this stressful time, she was such a big help. And Dad loves her too!
With being out of the area and mom coming home from the rehab of course, it's an added stress in life. Happy to have found Helios, they were wonderful warm and very supportive. More importantly the aide, Guerline V. She was a breath of fresh air and an extremely helpful addition to the household. Even when mom overflowed the toilet, Guerline grabbed the gloves and threw the shoes off to help stop the flow and clean the mess. We truly appreciate their willingness to listen, problem-solve, and work with our family to ensure our loved ones receive the best care possible.
Our family switched to Helios from another agency and the positive differences in the management, administration and Aide care has been amazing. Ms. Melissa Camphor has been so wonderful helping us thru the process and our Aide Sita R is irreplaceable! Finding Aides who honestly and truly care about their patients is rare. Im so thankful I took a leap of faith and switched to Helios.
Helios Home Care is easy to work with. They give you so much information about their services and costs before you even call them so you are not wasting time. I love how easy it is to communicate with Melissa who took the time to make sure they found the right person to help my mom. They sent Runa who is so good with my mom and she looks forward to her coming every day. We are so grateful for how well Runa cares for my mom, it takes so much stress away knowing that when I am at work my mom is safe and cared for.
