Brendan was so kind and patient with us while we searched for our first home in Fort Collins. We found his knowledge of neighborhoods and building features very helpful. Having him during showings was incredibly helpful compared to just going to an open house. Brendan and his amazing assistant Melissa were very organized and kept us on track during our closing process. Brendan and Melissa were great to work with. I was doing a long distance move so initially Brendan did virtual walk through videos for me, pointing out concerns or things for me to be aware of, etc. Once I got to the area (temp quarters) they showed me several houses each day.
