No one ever returns phone calls, no one in the office seems to know what's going on. One of the nurses took my wife's blood work to the wrong hospital, twice they lost her urinalysis! According to the EOB from Humana, my wife didn't receive all of her nursing visits! Katie her OT was supposed to be here Mon morning and never showed up!
