Isbella and the other staff lady is very rude and difficult to deal with. I’m late on my rent but it has been paid but it’s hard to communicate with them without them talking down on you. I would feel more comfortable talking to them about issues that arise if I didn’t get belittled and talked to like I’m not valued for living in the same place for 3 years.. Service workers BEWARE. I own and operate a small handyman service company. Last year, per this companies request, I went to a property they manage to assess their concern and prepare an estimate. I drove to the property, took pictures, called and priced materials and equipment rental pricing, prepared a professional estimate, and sent it to them promptly. WOW! I haven't had any experience with this company. I spoke with the owner of a property today managed by this company. His name is Jay and he sounds very nice over the phone. He gave me the number to AT Home Rentals and told me to call them about the space. I decided to Google the company before i called and upon reading the reviews, I am very shocked at what I am seeing. Tanja and Isabella have managed our property for the past year while we were out of state. I have been very impressed with their responsiveness and communication. I know our house has been taken care of and they truly want the best for tenant AND owner. We’ve been notified about everything and have been called back within an hour each time I’ve called. My experience with At Home Property Management was a long one (3 years). I was blessed to have a space but I know my experience could have been better. At moments they were kind but then when things hit the fan, like leaks, HVAC issues, and genuine concerns they were not always supportive and often left me feeling resentful that I chose this particular apartment.
