I have rented from At Home Properties since Jan 2026 and have had to call the office for a couple of issues. They are very prompt and courteous every time I have needed maintenance or anything fixed. I have referred 3 people to them and they all have been accepted into apartments within a couple of days of applying. I recommend anyone that is looking for a well maintained apartment home to contact At Home Properties.

They are unorganized, untimely, and unhelpful. Even if you're a good tenant, make no complaints, and pay rent on time they do everything they can to raise your rent and get you to leave.
They don't rent or sell homes. They are the most arrogant, unprofessional individuals I've ever rented from. - Zero Customer Service Skills - Rented for them over a year and always paid on time. - They won't do a walk through so they can scam you and take the security deposit. - They rarely answer the phone - They will raise your rent for no reason. You'd be better off being “home” Less they trusting these people.
