Takes forever to get someone on the phone. Once on the phone they're unhelpful. They say they need documents and will email you forms but never actually do. Stay away to avoid a headache of inefficiency
The worst! Customer service wait time is so long, you get your doctor to fax your documents to them on the 29th December 2021 don't count on them picking it up as they did in my case on 5 January when I called to ask the status on my machine that's when they started the process. It's 15 January and they still can't do their job. I ordered a RESMED S11 and the supervisor is telling me about a recall on another brand Philips Respironics machine.
