If I could give zero stars to rob as a landlord I would. Took care of his rental and when leaving he went back to when a whole tree fell in my yard and couldn’t remove it to try to take my deposit. Anything that needed fixed on his cheap rentals and he would first try to make you pay for it and use the lease agreement against you. After leaving he slandered us against every landlord he could because he was friends with them. If finding one of his places to move in, I would personally try to find any other rental available.
My experience with Rob Lang was substandard. I was a tenant at a property for a year when he was hired on by the owner, who he knew personally, to manage. I had no issues with Rob at first, but towards the end of my stay, Rob was unprofessional, was not thorough at doing his job, and treated me inappropriately. Ultimately, Rob left me a very negative review with the company doing a background check on me for the next property management company I was applying with.
