Jeff with At home Inspections, Inc. was absolutely amazing. We were able to speak with him ahead of time and relay some known concerns and were able to attend the inspection. He really went above and beyond to make sure we understood what stood out to him the most and called out some items for us to ask the seller. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Jeff was incredibly helpful! My husband and I called him with a few concerns about our home, including water spots on our ceiling and a possible issue with our floor and the house sinking. Jeff Is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We used him for two home inspections and would recommend him to others. His reports are organized in a very readable fashion, and very comprehensive. Items large and small are noted, photographed and reported. During the walk-through, he will explain the item he observes so that the buyer sees it first-hand. This helps when the report comes out. Top notch.
