Dedric is the man!!! Talk about thorough in every sense of the word. His background in technology and engineering made him a natural for home inspections. Dedric was very informative and thorough during the inspection. He gave constant recommendations whenever he could. Very helpful and great inspector.
Jeff missed a rather large mice infestation in our home along with several other issues that we ended up paying thousands of dollars to fix. I wish we would have double checked what he told us. How could you see all that rodent feces and not say a word? Also several structural issues were not mentioned. I wouldnt recommend their services.
Jeff saved us from a huge hidden money pit... I will post longer review later but I'd give Jeff the highest recommendation possible: he works for YOU not the real estate agents..
