Dedric is the man!!! Talk about thorough in every sense of the word. His background in technology and engineering made him a natural for home inspections. This is my second time using Dedric and he is worth every dollar spent. This man knows his stuff. Almost too good. Dedric was very informative and thorough during the inspection. He gave constant recommendations whenever he could. Very helpful and great inspector.
Jeff missed a rather large mice infestation in our home along with several other issues that we ended up paying thousands of dollars to fix. I wish we would have double checked what he told us. How could you see all that rodent feces and not say a word? Also several structural issues were not mentioned. I wouldnt recommend their services.
Jeff saved us from a huge hidden money pit... I will post longer review later but I'd give Jeff the highest recommendation possible: he works for YOU not the real estate agents..
