Katie is literally one of the best realtors we've had the privilege of working with. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor to make this transaction happen. We've never had a realtor work this hard for us, especially considering it was a lower priced property! I literally can not recommend her enough, for any type of real estate transaction. My only regret is not writing this review sooner so that others out there could benefit from using a realtor like Katie.

I feel Katie is a very competent professional real estate agent, she was always prompt with communication and right on time when meeting to view a house. We looked at many houses over a couple of months, she was very empathetic with my needs and what I was looking for (budget, neighborhood, floorplan etc.) She was very knowledgeable about each one giving the pros and cons and what type of financing FHA or conventional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, Thank you Katie for helping me!
