Katie is literally one of the best realtors we've had the privilege of working with. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor to make this transaction happen. We've never had a realtor work this hard for us, especially considering it was a lower priced property! I literally can not recommend her enough, for any type of real estate transaction. My only regret is not writing this review sooner so that others out there could benefit from using a realtor like Katie.
Katie DeBill was fantastic. She was responsive, moved quickly when things started happening on an offer I made, and everything went (surprisingly!) smoothly with the closing because of her diligence and expertise. She even sat with me at the closing while I signed all the documents! That is above and beyond the normal call of duty. She was professional, courteous, and so helpful in all parts of the process. I'd highly recommend her!
As first time home-buyers, Katie helped us find the perfect home and have our offer accepted in a very competitive market. Three years later, we purchased and sold within a couple months and Katie handled both transactions. On the buyer side, she is attentive, knowledgeable and candid, and quick to help us view/put offers in on homes we liked.
