Katie DeBill was fantastic. She was responsive, moved quickly when things started happening on an offer I made, and everything went (surprisingly!) smoothly with the closing because of her diligence and expertise. She even sat with me at the closing while I signed all the documents! That is above and beyond the normal call of duty. She was professional, courteous, and so helpful in all parts of the process. I'd highly recommend her!
As first time home-buyers, Katie helped us find the perfect home and have our offer accepted in a very competitive market. Three years later, we purchased and sold within a couple months and Katie handled both transactions. Absolutely amazing! Can't recommend Katie enough. Katie helped our mother-in-law find her home so when we moved to Spokane from Flagstaff Arizona we looked her up. I feel Katie is a very competent professional real estate agent, she was always prompt with communication and right on time when meeting to view a house.
