Katie is an excellent realtor! She is very knowledgeable and personable. She gets the job done. She knew exactly how to sell my house in the least amount of time and for top dollar. She had a plan and it worked flawlessly. I was very impressed with Katie and I would call her again if I ever need another realtor. Best realtor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend her. If I ever need a realtor again I would call Katie.
In the fifteen years we have known Katie, my wife and I have sold one house and bought two with her. In our opinion, she is the finest agent in Spokane. Her energy, encouragement, thoroughness, knowledge, and connections make her second to none. We decided after our first experience with her that no one but Katie would ever represent us in the Spokane real estate market.
Katie helped us find our house and worked with us as a buyer's agent. We have made many moves thanks to our military careers. Katie is far and away the best realtor we have ever had. She is great with all aspects of real-estate.
I feel Katie is a very competent professional real estate agent, she was always prompt with communication and right on time when meeting to view a house. We looked at many houses over a couple of months, she was very empathetic with my needs and what I was looking for (budget, neighborhood, floorplan etc.) She was very knowledgeable about each one giving the pros and cons and what type of financing FHA or conventional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, Thank you Katie for helping me!
Katie DeBill was very attentive to our needs and was always available to answer questions. She went above and beyond working with our builder and the closing company to get the home purchase finished up. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She also did an excellent job selling our former home. So I would say whether you are purchasing or selling, she would be a great choice for an agent.
