All the stars possible!! I was so scared when my dad chose Hospice. But the entire team helped me care for my dad. They respected his wishes and honored his boundaries. They allowed him to be who he was, they allowed his hospice journey to be his and his alone. They helped me along my journey of being his caregiver. I had my mom live with me and cared for her myself. We discussed Hospice and she was ready for that final chapter of her life! We were so lucky as to find Hospice @ Home! They were absolutely not only a great help but their compassion was beyond words! Christine (RN), Michelle (RN) Hannah (Social Worker) & Shannon (CNA) were her team that provided service for her. Anyone that is looking for a compassionate, loving company staff to take care of their loved ones, please contact Hospice at Home.
At Home Hospice was totally amazing. They were so caring and attentive when supporting my sister. I would highly recommend them for their empathy and compassion. They gave my sister comfort, which is essential during such trying times. Thanks so much to all the staff who supported my sister. You will always be remembered.
We live in central Elbert County and didn’t think anyone would be available to help with a family member. We were wrong. At Home Hospice has been a tremendous help. They have a fantastic team that are professional and courteous and compassionate. We couldn’t have asked for finer group of people to help with our loved one. Highly recommend them.
