After some 12 years of having the services of physical therapy and home nursing care, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. As a group for "home care," they were the most arrogant, abrasive, and incompetent that I've encountered. They seem to go out of their way to confirm the fact that arrogance is often a cover for incompetence. It was as if patient care interfered with their own personal time and schedules. They should be held accountable by the agency that accredited them.

This is an excellent home healthcare agency! I have used them for my own family members and worked with them professionally. They have some very long term- tenured Physical therapists, Nurses and Social work. 5-10+ years of commitment from the team. Staff retention…That speaks VOLUMES in today’s healthcare world! Happy clinicians provide better care and have better outcomes.
This place does not even deserve one star. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They come in physical therapy does not even give you physical therapy. She gives me breathing breathe. She says you are uptight while I'm uptight. Because no one came to change my bandage. I have wound care. The surgeon ordered every other day, but no one comes to change it.. Then she helps me change. It tells me I have to do it. It's at the bottom of my foot. I can't reach it. My legs are so long. Then the shower lady comes. I'll see ... read more
