I had knee replacement surgery. At Home took my Liberty healthsharing and billed them directly for my PT and OT. Kathleen, Diane and Marge were wonderful and I highly recommend!
The At Home Health team recently assisted our 90-year old mother with her post-hip replacement rehabilitation. The team not only treated mom with respect and in a professional manner, they also seamlessly managed Medicare communications. We could not have made it through the rehab process without the Team! Thank you!
If I was able to give NO stars, I would!!! Stay FAR away from this crooked company!! First they came, promising therapists etc. they did evaluations but then delivered NOTHING, claiming they had no therapists in my area (the one or two I met were pretty awful anyway) But the best was yet to come. After having several conversations with frank who I believe is the owner about billing properly since he claimed I have a balance, He sent me to collections!! Here's an additional five ! I just concluded my latest session and am again overwhelmed with the consistent, caring and innovative skills I have been treated with. I would say that I have more issues than the average patient and regardless of that distinction the team swung me forward again. The interface between my doctor's, Medicare and Orthotics was handled completely by them and favorably resolved with a minimal of input by myself.
