Waited 2 months for this company to send some one out to see the massive wrinkles in my 91 year old mothers carpet installed 2 years ago Our warranty claims any manufacturing defect in the carpet will replaced or repaired but this company thinks it’s not the carpet ??? There for they will not repair it . The installer wants $ 125 to stretch it again . Good luck if you buy anything from this company
My entire house was recarpeted - Mark the owner made the experience seamless (no pun intended 🤣🤣🤣). The installers - another Mark and Mike (a father and son team) - were amazing as well. I checked several other carpet dealers - At Home Floors’ price was by far the most reasonable.
