Very disappointed with the service here, I paid a lot to get some very nice floors but they are chipping and warping in the kitchen. The worst part is that we had these installed a year ago+ and they were supposed to come finish the transitions to the sliding doors and the closet but they never came and did it. Now I’m worried this color doesn’t exist anymore and we will have Mismatch floors if we go somewhere else to fix. Very disappointing and they never get back to me when I message them.
Completely ripped me off. Had multiple issues with installation. Told me they would replace my flooring because of poor workmanship, now they do not answer their phone.
This company is a fraud. They didn't finish our flooring installation, then the owner Justin never returned calls. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card. They even took most of the spare material boxes that were supposed to leave for future use. Zero stars.
Only gave a one star since not able to give a 0. Justin took my deposit and never even ordered my materials nevertheless started the job. He completely ghosted me and now I am left with trying to get my deposit back from my credit card company. He just shut his doors and I recommend anyone with the same problem as me to file a police report and press charges and I am doing. This happened in November 2023.
Does anyone know if this company is still in buisness? Phone is disconnected. Email no longer valid. Trying to resolve issues with the job they did. Can't reach anyone for 5 months! Left messages on 888# no one ever called back. No phone at all at the St Pete store. Very unprofessional to say the least. Disappointed is an understatement.
