Brandon came highly recommended from my mortgage company. He recognized what I was looking for and made a couple of recommendations including building, which made the most sense for me. He was at all of the meetings with builder and was looking out for my interest. He was not shy about insisting on making sure we got everything the builder promised. Even after the sale was made, he still contacts me to make sure everything is going well and that the builder has taken care of all of my needs. I highly recommend this team!

Brandon was great to work with from the very beginning. As a 1st time home buyer new to the Des Moines market Brandon was a wealth of knowledge when it came buying vs building. When we decided building was the best option for me Brandon connected me with a builder and we found a great lot in Waukee. Rachael and Brandon listed our townhome and it sold in less than a week! Since we were in a rush to find a new home, they understood our timeline and spent several weekends and weeknights with us over the next month. We were moving from out of state. At Home DSM was referred to us by our mortgage broker. Brandon sat down with us to find out exactly what we wanted in our retirement home, then kept us informed of anything new on the market each week. Brandon & Rachel were a great team. I had to find something rather quickly and they worked very hard to find something that fit my needs. They stayed in constant communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The fact that Brandon has a background in building/construction was very beneficial as well!!
