The dental hygienist was terrible. She talks too much. She told me that I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out while Dr. Mai said I didn’t have to. That dental hygienist only works on Tuesday. Who does she think she is??? Trying to scam me into wasting more of my time. She kept saying repeatedly to go to the oral surgeon to get it removed. I heard you the first time. Unprofessional office, they never uphold their appointments. I was seen 2 hrs after my appointment time. This has happened more than once, I will be switching locations. Always a waste of time coming here!

Worse experiences I ever had! The staff is rude! The service is terrible! All of my family members visited this dental office before. We made an appointment for two peoples. When I came in, I checked in my appointment time with the front desk. The front desk staff said only one appointment made it. So, she only allows one person to come in. Also, this dental office is not very professional in teeth cleaning.

医生态度很是不好，多问几个问题就很不耐烦，她用专业的东西敲我牙齿，我正常反应疼，叫了一下缩了一下，她就后面说叫我不要神经兮兮的，说我有点那个，那个是什么意思？我牙齿敏感疼还不能让人有正常反应吗？语气中带着嘲讽，很不礼貌，不专业，一直数落你为什么蛀牙这么多，说在美国出生的小孩很少有这样蛀牙的，什么意思？歧视我不在美国出生，所以蛀牙这么厉害？说我的牙齿和四五十老奶奶老爷爷一样，问她有什么好的方法防止蛀牙说下次洗牙和别的医生好好探讨吧。牙齿也没有补好，我说大门牙中间好像有黑色的，已经蛀牙了，我说我很担心担心牙齿都烂了，让她能不能帮忙再补一下大门牙，她说X光显示你没有蛀牙，好吧，难道你就不会自己看吗？黑色的 不是黄色的 和我别的蛀牙的牙齿颜色一样的，我想她是医生算了 不要和她争论，反正我准备换牙医，太无语！头一回碰到这样的医生。第一次补牙居然没问要不要打麻药，竟然直接用机器磨牙，很不专业。怀疑这么多好评的真实性。如果可以的话，一星都不会给。这是我的个人经历，没有半点虚假，也有可能是每一个人说话方式不一样，但是我觉得我真的很伤自尊，既没有得到很好的治疗，让我的心灵受到了伤害！

I’d give them 0 star if I could! The worst dental office ever! They don’t respect you at the bottom! Even you made an appointment, they will ask you to wait at least two hours! Even they called you and asked you come right away, you still have to wait for 2 hours! Don’t go there expect you enjoy wasting your time and life. Waste other people’s time is equal the murder!
