一次非常糟糕的经历，前台按待人员毫无素质，粗鲁至极，歧视特殊小朋友，我按约定时间到，途中因为小朋友叫喊几声，被无理要求叫我们到门外等，不要影响别人，在预约的时候我已告知诊所是否可以看诊特殊小朋友，当时是说可以有继续预约的，当我们花了30分钟车程到达时，前台却在没医生看诊情况下公然表达看不了，请问对待一个特殊小朋友应有的宽容有做到吗？一直说很忙，说有的人等了两三个小时，那是你们工作上安排的不当，我按约定时间到，我没迟到，语气让人非常不舒服，一直在说看不了，我说你连试都没小孩试，怎么检查不了，我当即表达了我的不满，因为我感觉我的小孩受到了歧视，此言论仅表达对前台接待人员的问候，与医生无关，后来经过第三方的周旋，返回直按看到了医生，医生人很好，态度也好，为小朋友做了检查，但我永远不会再到这间诊所，我也绝不会推荐我的朋友到这间诊所，因为前台真的没有素质，并歧视。
今天两母子在这里洗牙，这个医生是最好的！
