Melody and her team at At Home Caregivers have provided us with nighttime caregivers for my mother with Alzheimer’s. When two of our caregivers were out sick, with very little notice, they found wonderful caregivers to help for the next seven nights straight. The caregivers they have sent have been professional, kind and loving with my mom; they’ve even helped advise and train our long-standing caregivers. We were very fortunate to work with At Home Caregivers at a time when my mom really needed extra care at night. They took my mom into consideration and paired her with the perfect people. We feel lucky that her night caregivers were warm, professional, and even willing to sing with her in the wee hours!

I have used At Home Caregivers for nearly a year to provide daily care for my aunt who has dementia. There were stumbles in the first few months, however, their senior management made sure all the issues were corrected. Since then, there have been times when staff has had to be replaced either due to my aunt becoming moody with them or the caregivers' situations changed - the management made it a priority to get suitable replacement staff quickly. Karen does a barely enough to get by job handling the caregivers. The caregivers themselves have been fine, but getting appropriate and timely communications from their manager is like pulling teeth. She was provided with plenty of detailed information that she blatantly disregarded or "forgot" to do. When questioned about it, she denies it says she was "going to do that"....not exactly very reliable for the amount they charge! If I had time to start over, I would not hire them - not worth the annoyance she causes.
