They are horrible at communicating and utterly unreliable. People don't show up for their scheduled times, and no one ever tells me. I always have to call them, usually at more than one number to reach someone, and that's not the right. I hear, "I'll call you back," but they don't, and my home goes uncleaned for a week or more at a time. Also, I don't appreciate them sending a worker to my home with a prison record. I will never use them again!
Very friendly, great group of people working for this company. These folks will go the extra mile to make sure their clients are very well taken care of and happy. Couldn’t have found a better company to be with!
