I can't speak highly enough of the responsiveness and care we have received from At Home Care. Michelle and Chuck were amazing even when emergencies required urgent care coverage for our family at home on very short notice. They will try so hard to meet your needs! They are professional, organized, and courteous. Highly recommend.
My issue is not with the caregivers, who worked hard and did the best they could. My concern is with the owners and management. It often felt like the company prioritized profits over maintaining adequate staffing levels and providing quality care. Instead of hiring and retaining enough employees to properly support clients, there seemed to be a revolving door of staff coming and going, creating inconsistency in care and putting additional strain on those who remained. Terrible to work for, most of the caretakers there are not CNA’s and are required to do things like use lifts with no prior experience whatsoever.
I had the best experience. From my initial consultation to weekly interaction with my caretaker, everything was very professional and caring. I felt comfortable and at ease. I will definitely contact At Home Care again. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing professional, friendly services.
