At Home Care Missouri is unethical and untrustworthy. They first blamed “system problems” for not paying employees, and now it’s Medicaid’s fault—despite me following every procedure correctly. Repeated excuses like this show a pattern of dishonesty and exploitation. Employees deserve timely pay, but this company refuses accountability. Avoid working for or trusting them.

I have been dealing with AtHome Care for the last 3 yrs I never had a problem or issue until now. How can I expect my caregiver to continue coming when he can't get paid? This has been going on for almost a month and a half I understand things happen but they're happening to often. Something needs to be done about how they do things cause this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

These are shady people. They cause you more trouble than they are worth. They don't give you straight answers. They tell you that they can't tell you things that's confidential when you turn around and ask State and they tell you that you have every right to know. These people are not people to go with.

Not pleased with this company. It took a long time to get set up and they are not paying my mom's worker. She has been paid once and has been coming over a month. We are going to change companies.
