Completely unprofessional. I called to share an awful interaction I had with one of At Home Cares “carers”. I attempted to call their customer service line and reached a man by the name of “John” who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. My brother receives support via NDIS and we will not be accepting services from this company. If you can’t show respect and care for the public, how can you care for others. I would think with the crackdown on NDIS scams they’d be more self aware. Apparently not.
Not recommend scheduling is a nightmare no one takes accountability engagement is zero from the senior engagement officer. Had support workers fall asleep during active day shift ridiculously high staff turnover
Over the last few years their standards have slipped to an incredibly low standard. Their workers are now barely competent, their office communication is non-existent and the management has become straight up malicious to their clients. Avoid with a 40 foot barge pole.
My family and I would like to express sincere gratitude to At Home Care for lending us the wheelchair accessible van for a week during our holiday in WA. It gave us the opportunity to have an amazing time together and overcome some of the disability barriers. The van was clean, in great condition and easy to use, perfect to go around the Perth area. Thank you for making this journey much smoother for us.
