Started off very professional, management was great at the beginning. However after one year in they lost their core values ,some staff acted highly unpleasant. Occupational therapist became very negative towards my son and after she yelled I couldn’t tolerate her to come back . One of their Physical therapist of another race conducting an assessment and looked at a poster on my sons wall which was a TuPAC poster . He asked me if that was my son.
